We call “Bočių” bread authentic not only because of its traditional Lithuanian taste and the recipe that we have been using for many years. But also because the bread is shaped using the old way – by hand. Indentations and caraway seed decorations are performed in the same manner as it used to be done in the countryside. This bread is a reflection of the traditional Lithuanian bread and a standard for preserving the traditions of baking, decorating and flavor of Lithuanian rye bread.
